Assessment export now uses zip compression to handle large files and prevent failures. Workflow assessment is now a standalone task, offering more control and manual triggering options.

You can now force a rerun of an assessment to get new results, even if it was previously run. Dashboard management is more robust, automatically creating a new dashboard if a PermissionDenied exception occurs or if the existing one is trashed.

The workflow assessment functionality now includes an experimental task to analyze recently executed workflows for migration problems, providing recommendations and documentation links. UCX documentation has been significantly enhanced with a simplified Unity Catalog migration process, a new Getting Started section, and updated contributor guidance.

UCX now requires matching account groups to be created before assessment and clarifies Service Principal setup for account-level installations. Table migration when a default catalog is set is fixed, and the migration progress workflow is paused by default.
