Terms of Use

Last updated: April 26, 2026

brickster.ai ("the site") is offered free of charge as a community resource for the Databricks ecosystem. By using the site you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site is independent

brickster.ai is operated as an independent community project. It is not affiliated with Databricks, Inc. See the Disclaimer for the full affiliation and trademark statement.

  • Re-publish substantial portions of the site's curated content (summaries, classifications, edits) as your own

Content and ownership

Content on brickster.ai is aggregated from publicly available sources. We do not claim ownership of source content; ownership remains with the original authors and platforms. Each item on the site links back to its source.

Our editorial selection, summaries, classifications, and the codebase that produces them are © 2026 brickster.ai, all rights reserved, except for the open-source dependencies we use (each governed by its own license).

The AI assistant

The assistant produces answers grounded in the archive described in the Disclaimer. Despite our best effort to keep it grounded with citations, large language models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading output. Treat assistant answers as a starting point, not an authoritative source.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of content, freshness of scrapes, or fitness for any specific purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither the site nor its operator is liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of brickster.ai — including but not limited to errors in summaries, missed updates, broken links, downtime, loss of data you submit (e.g., your email being lost in a database incident), or decisions you make based on information here.

If your use of the site causes you damages, your sole remedy is to stop using the site.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access for users who violate these terms, or discontinue the site entirely at any time. We'll do our best to give waitlist subscribers notice before a permanent shutdown, but cannot guarantee notice in cases of platform compromise or legal action.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms — material changes will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for waitlist subscribers, be communicated by email before they take effect.
