Agent Bricks CLI

A command-line tool (databricks-agentbricks) that scaffolds a custom code agent from a framework template, runs it locally and deploys it to the Databricks agent runtime with model access, memory, sessions, tools and tracing already configured. Databricks recommends it for new agents written in code.
