Dataset materialization for AI/BI dashboards

Pre-computes AI/BI dashboard datasets on a schedule so published dashboards render from stored results instead of rerunning expensive queries on every load or click. It covers SQL datasets and local metric views and is turned on from the Previews page.

Status and dates are extracted from public sources only. We don't see the private AE-shared roadmap. If something looks wrong, tell us.
