Unity Gateway smart routing

Smart Routing picks the model for each AI task sent through Unity Gateway, and with Omnigent also the coding agent harness, based on the task's complexity, the user's permissions and the budget, sending routine work to lower-cost models and keeping frontier models for hard problems. Each routing decision is visible and auditable, and it works with Claude Code and Codex run through the Unity Gateway CLI or Omnigent. It was announced as smart routing for Unity AI Gateway, the gateway's earlier name.
