Bitemporal AUTO CDC

An AUTO CDC storage mode that extends SCD Type 2 history to track two time dimensions independently: business time, when an event happened, and system time, when the system recorded it. A table can then show both what the data was and what the system believed at any past point, which helps with auditing and regulatory reporting.
