Cross-Engine ABAC

Lets supported external engines, such as Apache Spark using Delta or Iceberg clients, read Unity Catalog managed tables that have ABAC policies, row filters or column masks. Databricks serverless compute applies the policies and returns only the filtered and masked data to the external engine.
