Agents in CustomerLake that help data teams unify customer records from many sources into governed Customer 360 profiles in Databricks, using source normalization, Agentic Identity Resolution with deterministic, probabilistic and LLM-based matching, and incremental updates with data steward overrides. Announced with CustomerLake on June 16, 2026, they entered Private Preview on October 19, 2026 and can be adopted separately from Campaign Agents.
