Genie Agent mode

A multi-step reasoning mode in Genie Agents (formerly Genie Spaces) that was called Research Agent until February 2026. For complex, exploratory questions it creates and refines a research plan, runs several SQL queries and iterates until it can return a report with findings, citations, visualizations and supporting tables. The Agent mode APIs, which run it from custom applications, became generally available separately on 2026-08-27.
