Governed tag propagation

When propagation is on for a governed tag, Unity Catalog uses lineage to apply that tag automatically to tables and views derived from a tagged source, for example through CREATE TABLE AS SELECT, CREATE VIEW or MERGE. This keeps classification and ABAC policies consistent as data moves downstream.
