NEAREST BY join

A SQL join that returns, for each input row, the top K closest rows from a target table ranked by a distance or similarity expression such as vector_cosine_similarity. It supports exact and approximate search for batch vector search on lakehouse tables in Databricks SQL and Databricks Runtime 18 and above.
