Omnigent Contextual Policies

Omnigent policies that decide on each agent action using the state of the whole session rather than the single action, for example blocking an outbound step once a session has both read private data and taken in untrusted content, or scoring session risk to stop slow-burn attacks. Omnigent on Databricks supports the built-in contextual policies and custom policies written in Common Expression Language (CEL).
