OpenSharing open protocol

The open-source sharing protocol and server that grew out of Delta Sharing and is now an independent project hosted by the Linux Foundation. Anyone can run it to share data and AI assets across platforms and clouds in formats such as Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg and Parquet.
